From uploading your favorite songs to using your NFC discs, here’s everything you need to know about your AuraBox.
01 How do I upload my own music to AuraBox?
AuraBox features built-in storage so you can add and change your favorite songs, audio stories, or personal recordings whenever you want.
Uploading your music only takes a few simple steps:

Connect AuraBox to your phone or computer using the
included USB-C cable.

Once connected, a new AuraBox drive or folder will
appear on your device.

Inside, you'll find folders numbered
1 through 9. Each folder corresponds
to one of your nine NFC music discs.

Check the number on the back of the disc you'd like to use,
then drag and drop your MP3 file into the matching folder.

Safely disconnect AuraBox and place the disc on top.
AuraBox will recognize it and automatically start playing
the song assigned to that disc.
02 Does AuraBox need to stay plugged in?
No. AuraBox has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, so you don't need to keep it connected while listening.
The included USB-C cable is used to charge AuraBox and transfer music files.
Once your music is loaded, AuraBox works completely on its own. There is no Bluetooth pairing and no internet connection required.
03 How do the NFC music discs work?
Each AuraBox disc contains a tiny NFC chip that works without a battery. Think of each disc as a smart key for one of your songs.
Your actual music isn't stored inside the disc. Instead, your songs are saved in AuraBox's internal storage inside the numbered folders.
When you place a disc on AuraBox, the built-in NFC reader identifies the disc and automatically plays the song you've assigned to it.
No app to open, no Bluetooth pairing and no setup every time
you want to listen. Just place your disc and let AuraBox do
the rest.
04 How do I send my photos?
When ordering a personalized AuraBox, simply upload the 9 photos you'd like printed on your music discs directly through our website.
We prepare your images specifically for the mini discs and print them using a high-quality process designed to create a clean, detailed and lasting finish.
The result is more than a collection of songs — it's a physical collection of the people, places and memories connected to them.

06 How long does the battery last?
On a full charge, AuraBox provides up to approximately 12 hours of continuous playback.
You can easily recharge it through USB-C using a compatible USB power adapter or power bank.
To keep your AuraBox looking its best, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid exposing the device directly to water or using harsh chemical cleaners.
07 How does shipping and order tracking work?
Once your order is placed, we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

08 What is your return and replacement policy?
AuraBox Editions / Ready-Made Designs:
Non-personalized AuraBox designs may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of delivery.
Personalized AuraBox Orders:
Because personalized products are made specifically using your
photos, they cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind.
This does not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly made.
If your AuraBox is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing or technical issue, contact us and we'll work with you to provide the appropriate solution, including a free replacement when applicable.
